Palm oil produciton process
Depending on different oil production process, edible oil mill is divided into directly oil extraction production process and pre-pressed oil extraction production process.
1.Direct oil production process: also called "once production" , oil materials will be directly processed after pretreatment ,which is used for low oil contain oil seeds.
2.Pre-pressed oil production process: Oil materials will be pre-pressed part of oil, and pre-pressed oil cake will be extracted , which is used for high oil contain oil seeds.
Seen from the above,since palm fruit oil content is about 46%-50%, it belongs to the high oil contain seed, if you want to get more oil, the palm oil production process are the best choice for you, and it will adopts the pre-pressed palm oil production process way, by using the palm oil production process way, we can get high oil yield from the palm fruit.
